The candidate should have outstanding contributions to community service in his field of specialization.

The candidate should be a student enrolled in one of the engineering colleges approved/ licensed by the Ministry of Education or recent graduates for the same year of the award.
The candidate should be an undergraduate student (bachelor’s or higher diploma).
The candidate should submit a record of achievements and innovative solutions in the field of specialization and social contributions documented by the university or training entity.
The student must submit a recommendation letter from the university.
