TROSTEN, a Bin Dasmal Group company, specializes in manufacturing of Centralized Air Conditioning & Kitchen Ventilation Equipment serving in the MENA region for almost two decades.
TROSTEN manufacturing facilities are located in Dubai Investment Park – 1 with an area of over 200,000 Sqft.; Plant 1 for the manufacturing of the Applied Products (FAHU, AHU, FCU & Ecology units) and Plant 2 for the manufacturing of Unitary Products (Packaged units, DX split units & Condensing units).
Equipment installations spread over the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and South Asian countries with a strong service and distribution network across the MENA region.
Manufacturing product includes Air Handling Units, Heat Recovery Units and Chilled Water Fan Coil Units (AC & EC) which are EUROVENT and AHRI certified. Hygienic Air Handling Units are tested and certified for VDI 6022 Part 1: 2011 & DIN 1946 Part 4: 2008 standards by TUV-SUD Germany.
TROSTEN Psychrometric Testing Laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified, accredited by Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC), and meets standards of quality management systems and technical capabilities reliably, validating the test results for the defined scope. Test simulations can be conducted at TROSTEN’s laboratory as validation of equipment’s actual performance at project-specified conditions.

Towards assurance to a quality management system, TROSTEN has acquired ISO 9001:2015 certification from TUV-SUD for the manufacturing of centralized air-conditioning and kitchen ventilation equipment to ensure the commitment to continual improvement of products and services to achieve increased
customer satisfaction.
Also structured Environmental Management System has been successfully implemented to fulfill social responsibility toward protecting the environment and minimizing the risk of pollution through ISO 14001:2015. Implementation of ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems has ensured in maintaining of a safe and comfortable working environment.
The major installations include Expo 2020, Route 2020 Metro stations, Royal Atlantis at Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Address Beach Resort at JBR, Vida Hotel at Dubai Marina, Zero Carbon City - Masdar Neighbourhood Residences at Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros Hotel at Abu Dhabi & many high-rise Towers of EMAAR in Dubai Creek Harbour.
Services include new installations start-up assistance, DLP warranty service, Annual Maintenance Contracts execution, genuine spare supply, emergency repair service, Retrofit, and Revamping for the installations.
The service experts provide on-site and classroom training, highly qualified to monitor and service the Air Conditioning and Kitchen Ventilation Equipment. Over the years, we have gained rich experience in terms of service and spares required at the site, which has helped us in improving the service setup and formulating a comprehensive inventory policy.
