Dr. Eng. Meiaad Rashed Alsaadi is a distinguished Emirati professional who has made significant contributions to the fields of artificial intelligence, engineering, and smart service quality management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry of Interior, UAE, she leads transformative initiatives to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into national security and public service operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Smart Service Quality Management. Her professional journey began at Fujairah Municipality, where she worked as a Software Engineer. She received more than (15) awards, including the Best Engineering Employee Award in the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Government Performance, the Best Influential Officer Under the Age of Forty Award in the (IACP) Award, the Best Woman in Technology and Business in the (META 2023) Award, the Best Technical/Engineering Officer in the His Highness the Minister of Interior Award, the Best Technical/Engineering Officer at the Sector Level, the Best Technical/Engineering Officer at the Director General Stage, the Stevie Award for Best Technical/Engineering Support Team, the Best Cybersecurity Envoy Award, and the Best Graduation Project Award in the Field of Artificial Intelligence 2022.
